A fantastic opportunity is available in Manchester for a Field Service Engineer to join a cutting-edge engineering firm working in the Scientific Instrumentation sector.

The aim of this Field Service Engineer role is to develop you so you can be out in the field autonomously working with customers to ensure very little down time on the company’s equipment. The first 6 months will be spent working with production & sales on site to learn how to build, test and maintain these products.

This role is ideal for experienced Field Service Engineer or graduates who want to work with cutting edge tech whilst travelling the world for free and earning a competitive remuneration package.

Test & Installation Engineer requirements:

  • Degree level in a Physics, Electronic or Mechanical related discipline
  • Hands-on fault-finding & repair with Scientific Instrumentation (or similar)
  • Able to travel globally – up to 50%
  • Strong Customer Service skills
