This company are pushing the boundaries of new technology and are looking to expand their R&D team. We’re looking for multiple Hardware & Electronics Design Engineers to help build a product from scratch working on everything from cradle to grave. The roles of Electronics Design Engineer report to the CTO on a day to day basis, however, you’ll be working under a Team Leader on the key projects. This organisation is now fully established and looking at 2020 as the year for the business to take off. The product is unique, so we’re open on people who have worked in all different industries.

You’ll be looking at both analogue and digital circuit designs so a mixed background will be beneficial. If you have any experience with embedded systems and low power devices, this will be greatly advantageous. The products are wireless so it will be highly desirable if you have touched Wi-Fi or Bluetooth based technologies.

Electronics Design Engineer Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Analogue & Digital Circuit Design
  • Low Power Electronics design
  • Schematic Capture
  • PCB Design & Layout (Altium Preferred)
  • Embedded Firmware – C programming
  • Communication Protocols – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RF ideally
  • Worked to relevant standards – EMC, CE and IP
