Tom was a fantastic support during our search for a Head of People and Head of Operations during March 2023. Given how particular I was around identifying the right candidates to fit our organisations culture and ethos, Tom followed the brief to the letter.
He was extremely patient throughout the process whilst having the candidate experience as a priority focus, therefore communication was prompt and seamless.
