Chroma Recruitment is growing across all business units! Due to a strong period of results, we’re looking for multiple Recruitment Consultants to join our Engineering & Tech teams.

We’re happy to look at applicants either with no experience or some exposure to recruitment in any market.

You’ll be working alongside a Sales Leader in either division who will guide you through your early days, weeks and months offering deskside and classroom training. You will receive constant mentoring and support throughout your Chroma career.

  • Network within your market, identifying and reaching out to clients to assess their needs and requirements
  • Search and identify top candidates within your chosen industry
  • Meet, coach, and develop professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Match candidates with clients or vacancies, managing the full process of interviews and offers
  • Listen | Understand | Deliver to provide top-class service to candidates and clients

Who are we looking for?
While recruitment experience is always appreciated, it is not essential for this role. As long as you are driven and keen to learn and take feedback, we can provide the training you need to be successful.
