This role is for a Development Engineer with comprehensive test & development experience who is looking to take their career to the next level with a strong route of progression. This automotive client is rapidly expanding its R&D capabilities over the next 6 months with a huge amount of work coming in.

You will be tasked with designing test rigs and systems for various projects, analysing test results, identifying issues, developing solutions and seeing them through to production.

Test & Development Engineer Requirements:

  • HNC/Degree Level in an engineering discipline (Ideally)
  • Comprehensive Test & Development Experience – essential
  • Automotive experience or similar (aerospace, rail etc.)
  • Hydraulics/Pneumatic experience (desirable)
  • APQP, DFMEA and DVP&R (working knowledge)
  • Test & Measurement Exp – Sensors, Test Automation & Data Acquisitions
