Our client is looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd liner to join the business working directly with the current IT Manager. The client is a manufacturing company based in Manchester – they create bespoke products for the Tech, Aerospace and Medical industry.

This company have built a brand-new office in 2021 which has everything you need to succeed and perform to the best of your ability.

This role will be 5 days a week on site.

The Role

• The role will be working alongside the IT manager who has been in the business for a number of years and you will be able to draw on his wealth of knowledge on a daily basis.
• The day to day of the role will be general BAU support, looking at troubleshooting database issues, Hardware, Software, giving access, set ups and installations.
• The company are looking to rollout MS Dynamics later this year and you will be supporting the implementation.
• They are looking for someone who takes an interest in databases and are open to being trained in the ongoing development of Dynamics.

Essential Skills

• 2nd / 3rd line support
• Manufacturing experience
• SQL
• Access
• Cloud based Azure experience.
• Interested in training of development side.
