We have partnered with this global organisation in the North-West to find a new Technical Director. The role is a key strategic position working on current and future high value engineering programmes supplied to some of the leading brands around the world.
As the Technical Director, you’ll be responsible for a team of circa 46 people with 5 x direct reports. It will cover the full remit of engineering disciplines from mechanical, electrical, service and project management with a strong working link to production and operations.
This role is ideal for someone who has been time served with hands on practical experience earlier on in their career. The company would like someone who is in a similar level of role but is happy to look at individuals aspiring to move into that Technical Director position.
This position sits within the senior management team and will be required to report into the board on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. It will also have links to their global offices specifically Europe with a nominal amount of travel.
