We are currently recruiting for a Tech Lead to join a digital marketing agency based in Watford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role where the team does 3 days on site 2 days at home.
The company itself has more than doubled in size in the past 12 months and currently has 20 developers. They are looking to split the teams into 3 with 3 Tech Leads looking after 5-6 developers each and this role is a mix of hands on coding and mentoring and supporting the team.
From a development point of view you will get involved in all stages from the planning, to design, to development and of course deployment. You will have a high level of ownership and be responsible for driving the technical strategy. From a hands off prospective you will be reviewing code, 1 to 1’s, interviewing and hiring, instilling good practice and mentoring and training.
