Due to succession planning, we are searching for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join an automotive manufacturing company just outside of Preston.
An automotive background and experience of Lean and Six Sigma techniques will be beneficial as you will be required to analyse audit processes, complete root cause analysis programmes, and work on internal and external auditing. As a Supplier Quality Manager, you’ll be working on a mix of developing manufacturing processes and rectifying issues with suppliers, so a confident and friendly approach to problem solving and building relationships will give you a strong advantage.
We are looking for someone willing to travel around the UK and abroad on a regular basis (a couple of days at a time), this is an exciting way to experience all aspects of the business.
The salary for this position will be between £43,000 and £47,000 (dependent on experience), plus attractive benefits such as pension and medical schemes. The company offer great opportunities for growth and development within, including their educational training courses.
