We are currently working with a sector leading company who, due to growth are now currently looking for 2 mid – senior level software developers. This is a fully remote role.
They are a leading social care provider with over 30 years’ experience of specialist care and support. Their passionate 11,000+ staff support 3,500+ vulnerable adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across the UK.
You will join at the start of a 5-year digital transformation with £20m being invested into tech! This will include 90% greenfield projects including, developing a new HR system, new payroll, building their core platform, electronic medication tracking and building a financial management system.
You will join a team of 4 developers that sit in a team of 45 in the whole of IT that is looking to grow up to 52 over the next few months.
Over the last year they have invested over £65,000 in IT training and development and they continue to do so with the internal development being at the centre of their plans.
You will need a successful, enhanced DBS check.
