We are currently recruiting for multiple Service Desk Team Leaders to join a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider in the UK across their Manchester and Leeds offices. As a Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of 20+ IT team members in a fast-paced, exciting environment, working with both internal and external users.
The company itself is a fast-growing provider of IT managed solutions to UK businesses. They provide a full suite of solutions including on-premises, hybrid and cloud hosting. In the past three years they have grown from 30 to over 200 staff and from £10m annual revenue to more than £40m… and they’re not finished yet with ambitious future plans!
