We are currently recruiting for multiple Service Desk Team Leaders to join a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider in the UK, across their Manchester and Leeds offices.

As a Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of 20+ IT team members in fast-paced, exciting environment working with both internal and external users.

The company itself is fast-growing provider of IT managed solutions to UK businesses. They provide a full suite of solutions including on-premises, hybrid and cloud hosting solutions. In the past three years they have grown from 30 to over 200 staff and from £10m annual revenue to more than £40m…and they’re not finished yet with ambitious future plans.

Essential skills:

  • Experience in a similar leadership role
  • Experience working as part of an MSP or similar
  • External client management
  • Ability to handle P1 incidents

Desirable skills:

  • ITL implementation experience
