My client is looking for an experienced MSP 2nd line technician to come in and hit the ground running! There have been hundreds of thousands invested into the company infrastructure and technology and haver a high staff retention.They look at supporting a wide range of SMEs from manufacturing to agriculture and everything inbetween.

You will be entering the 2nd line team, and this will be a great opportunity for someone whos looking to work for a company that looks after their staff as they prides themselves on employee morale and likes to minimize stress where they can as MSPs have a name for themselves for being the opposite to this.

You won’t get bored here as there is a massive increase in work and lots to sink your teeth into!
The Role

  • Fault diagnosis
  • 1st and 2nd line support
  • Provide a high standard of customer service and make sure issues are resolved with maximum efficiency and keeping customers informed at all times
  • Customer audits
  • Customer site visits
  • On call (1 in 4)

Essential Skills

  • MSP experience
  • Azure (1year)
