We are working with a dynamic, market-leading global business (20 + websites) who are growing out their technical capability from their City Centre location in Manchester.

The role

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews
• Work with wider team both internally and externally to ensure task readiness ahead of sprint planning
• Contribute to status update reports that are shared with key business stakeholders
• Management and escalation of risks relating to ecommerce delivery
• Use knowledge and experience to recognise opportunities to become more efficient and work with team to implement that change
• Stakeholder management technical and non-technical
• Forecast deliverables based on sprint velocity

Required experience:

• Scrum Master experience using Agile methodology – min 2-3 years
• You must have a collaborative approach
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

 
Desirable:

• Experience working in ecommerce industry, knowledge of hybris platform
• Experience working with 3rd parties and remote technical delivery resources
• Experience using Jira
