Children’s Regional Manager Requirements:

  • Children’s Residential experience
  • NVQ L5
  • Experience supervising a team of RM’s
  • Staff Leadership and management as well as commercials / operations awareness

As Children’s Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 5 children’s services within a company that has unbelievable support structures and additional training programmes.

You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
