Due to company growth, a forward-thinking engineering company based who design and integrate Automated Machinery are looking for a highly skilled Project Design Engineer to join their team.

The successful Project Design Engineer will have strong CAD and project engineering skills. You will be working alongside the Engineering Manager & Sales Team and taking jobs right from initial quote through to design, installation, and commission. You will have great communication skills and be able to liaise with customers and suppliers.

Project Design Engineer requirements:

• Degree or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• CAD – Inventor, SolidWorks (or similar)
• Proven working experience as Project or Design Engineer
• Experience designing Automation systems /Machinery / Material Handling / Conveyors (desirable)
• Experience designing Gantries / Platforms / Steelwork etc. (desirable)
