A great opportunity is available near Preston at a market leading engineering company who specialise in Marine, Offshore and Subsea industries. Chroma are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Project Cost Controller to join the Finance department. The ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in engineering, working within a contracting/production business, and controlling costs, forecasting and delivery of projects.
The Project Cost Controller should have a background in financial support, influencing stakeholders, and analysing reports as you will be responsible for improving economic outcomes and efficiency, supporting the Production team on all finance matters, and compiling budgets and sales reports. Previous work with SAGE, MRP systems, MS Office and financial modelling and interpretation skills will also give you a strong advantage.
The role is required on site 5 days a week. The salary for this position is dependent on experience, between £35,000 and £45,000.
