A great opportunity is available in Rochdale at a company specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of engineering equipment. We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer. The ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in Turning, Milling, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, that has the ambition to progress upwards within the company to production manager and other roles.
A background in Turning, Milling, CNC and machining will be beneficial as you will be responsible for successful pre-production, writing machine programmes, producing CAD drawings, and driving production process improvements. Previous work with MRP systems, Solid Edge, PowerMill, and FeatureCam will also give you a strong advantage.
We are looking for someone willing to travel abroad 2/3 times a year. This travel is compensated with accommodation, living allowances and flexibility, and it is an exciting way to experience all aspects of the business.
