We are currently recruiting for a Principal Metallurgist to join a Cheshire based Science Engineering company. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Metallurgist looking to take a step up in their career to a project/line management type role.
As the Principal Metallurgist you will be responsible for growing client relationships, working on challenging industrial projects, and problem solving, so 10+ years’ experience in metallurgy and project management is required.
A metallurgical understanding of metals and materials, and hands on practical skills with lab equipment will be beneficial when working on forensic examinations, fractography, material testing and failure analysis.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience, between £45,000 and £50,000. The company also offer great benefits such as 25 days holiday, pension, health care, life assurance and more.
