A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery based in Lancashire are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join their growing team!

The successful Mechanical Fitter will have the ability to complete solo bench assembly work and be able to use engineering measuring equipment. This position will involve working in a team of 20, completing drawings from Monday to Thursday and measuring equipment on Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Mechanical Fitter who wants to work within a growing department where in return the company will support career development.
 
Mechanical Fitter requirements:

• Experience in mechanical machine building or maintenance (essential)
• Experience in assembly / assembling machinery. (essential)
• Experience working in an OEM environment. (essential)
• Minimum Btec/NVQ (or equivalent) level 3 in mechanical assembly
