A leading and growing manufacturer based in Bolton are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team whilst expanding into new sectors!
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager the successful Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for product development and taking projects from concept through to completion whilst working in a fast paced environment. Typical duties include maintaining PDM database, 3D CAD, leading product design, technical specs, BOMs and working to ISO standards.
You will ideally have experience designing high precision components with castings, forgings and carbon steel tubes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical design engineer who wants to step up into a lead design engineering role.
