A world-class commercial vehicle company are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with industry experience to join their Product Development team and to take their exciting products through the full design cycle and see through to production.
You will report to the Lead Engineer on a day-to-day basis and will be working closely with a multi-functional team. You will be involved with everything from customer specifications, support major projects, 3D CAD, calculations, prototyping, BOM and taking your product through to production. Other responsibilities include: liaising with clients and customers, dealing with suppliers and assisting with new product design and improvement. You will ideally have previous experience within automotive or commercial vehicles.
