A huge market leading engineering & manufacturing company are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong machine design skills to work in a vibrant design office on an advanced product range.

This is a multi-national company with 24/7 manufacturing. Innovation & quality is at the heart of everything they do. This role will be a key part of the technical development team and business as a whole – Could it be the role for you?

Mechanical Design Engineer duties:

• Full lifecycle product development
• Participating in both customer and R&D projects
• 3D modelling of complex components & assemblies
• Component & material selection

Mechanical Design Engineer requirements:

• HNC/D or Degree Level in a Mechanical Engineering
• 3D CAD – Inventor (or similar)
• Special Purpose Machinery or Industrial Equipment design experience
• BOMs
• Technical drawings & documentation
