We are currently recruiting for a Lead Software Developer to join a leading IT Consultancy on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with up to 80% of the work remote. 4 years ago, the business employed 40 people and they have now grown to 250 with plans to continue to grow.
The company itself are a Microsoft Gold Partner and one of the fastest growing providers of digital transformations and IT managed solutions in the UK. As a Lead Software Developer, you will have a mixture of hands-on development and technical leadership of a small team, both internal and offshore.
You will have an integral part of one of their large applications which helps runs their business. This will involve managing of the platform, changes, and updates as well as potentially re-architecture of the application.
