We are working with a fast-growing manufacturing business who have an urgent need for an IT Manager to support them with further growth.

Overview
This is a great opportunity for experienced IT engineers who want to take the step up, or for individuals who are currently IT Managers that want to take on a new challenge and be involved in a hands-on role.
The role is best suited to an all rounder who’s has great knowledge in systems, processes, some coding when necessary, and who understands commercial business.

You will be responsible for efficiency across multiple sites including manufacturing, supply chain, fulfilment and offices.

The company is a fast growing, self-sufficient player in the health and wellness sector that started back in 2012 and has grown now to over 150 employees across the business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all key stakeholders to manage systems and technical issues – project managing these through full lifecycle
• Handle the day-to-day warehouse management and manufacturing systems maximise efficiency.
• Develop a clear 6-month systems plan for ways to improve the business that are in line with current goals
• Create API integrations and remove any inaccurate integrations to ensure minimum downtime.
• Manage the IT Support ticketing system, managing the team to respond and resolve tasks across the business in a timely and effective manner
• Undertake ad hoc IT systems projects based on business requirements and manage software and hardware requirements

Desirable skills/experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
• Microsoft SQL Server development experience
• Experience writing, queries, reports, and screens
• Experience providing desktop and application support
• Cisco or CCA certification, or equivalent experience
• Able to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference and probability
