IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing managed service business with endless opportunity to further your career.

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Logging and processing support requests from customers
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Providing technical support for a range of technologies and clients
  • The point of technical escalation for the 1st line team and ensuring high levels of service are delivered and maintained.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners.
  • Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Taking full ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly prioritised appropriately
  • Working closely with users to resolve queries
  • Dealing with general installs, upgrades and maintenance of hardware & software
  • Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with all stakeholders
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex business issues in a MS environment
  • Managing hardware and equipment maintenance upgrades
  • Pursuing personal development of your skills/ knowledge base to effectively perform the role at a high standard.
