We are working with a leading European technical product specialist who are on a complete re-build of their IT infrastructure coupled with an extensive business change programme. With ambitions growth plans, you will be at the initiation stages of building out the IT structures / strategy and road mapping in the early stages. Their overarching strategy is to build a better overall customer experience, ecommerce strategy and platform, and create greater alignment and efficiency across the business.

If you’re in looking for a position where you can make an impact and are comfortable being hands-on (not technical) in shaping a function in collaboration with C-level, then this would be an excellent opportunity. You will be building an ‘end-to end’ IT muscle in order to leverage existing customers opportunities and drive overall business performance, using leading technology from scratch. You will be working hand-in hand with the newly appointed Digital Director in order to start building out the ‘runway’ to be able to mobilise their initiatives.

Essential experience:

• At least 10 years delivering change and transformation with supply chain and distributions businesses
• At least 10 years B2B
• End to end Enterprise scale – IT strategy, web | mid-tier processing | back-end fulfilment – ERP
• Data architecture | Cyber | Web scaling
• Solid Director and C-level collaboration
• Extensive supplier selection | product recommendations

If you have any ‘high service’ | engineering products experience this would be a distinct advantage.
