Infrastructure Engineer – VMware vSphere, Windows & Linux, Azure, Backups, Networking, Docker, Kubernetes

We are recruiting for one of Manchester’s most well-regarded digital organisations on the growth of their infrastructure team. This is a hybrid working opportunity with 2 days a week required in their city centre office.

You will join a small Infrastructure team that will see you involved in all stage of projects and BAU work from traditional hosting, deploying Windows and Linux VMs, configuring AD to setting up backups, virtual machines, containerisation, monitoring, storage and more.

You’ll be working with:

• VMware vSphere
• Azure
• AD
• Windows
• Linux
• Backups, Storage & DR (Veeam)
• SQL Server
• Docker & Kubernetes (You don’t need to have this experience to apply, training will be provided)
• Networking (Firewalls, Switches, VPN)
