You’ll be working with:

• VMware
• Azure & AWS
• Office 365
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Exchange
• Linux/Unix
• Cyber Security
• ATP
• Storage

Day to day you’ll be:

• Involved in investigating problems, providing root cause analysis and resolution of configuration and deployment issues
• Providing technical solutions ensuring effective working across the business
• The escalation point for the 2nd line team

• Providing Infrastructure support for hundreds of employees across multiple locations
• Responsible for Physical and Virtual server infrastructure management and admin
• Actively involved in a number of projects

• Supporting multi-site technical environments
• Taking ownership of escalated issues as 3rd line support and resolving any queries within Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Ensuring third party applications run efficiently across all platforms
• Proactively keeping all parties informed whilst taking actions that will impact them
