We are working exclusively with a niche Financial Services business based in Lancashire who are looking for a Head of Business change to take responsibility for a portfolio of change activities.

The Company
The business has been in existence for a number years’ operating in a niche within the Financial Services arena. Having experienced a period of significant growth over the last 2 years the business is entering a period of transformation across the whole of the organisation in terms of people, processes and systems.

The Role:
The business is looking for an experienced Business Change professional who will take responsibility for a wide ranging portfolio of activities including (but not limited to):

• Internal and external reporting
• Data capture
• Business improvement
• New line of business offerings
• Post-acquisition integration
• Review of people processes

The Person:

• Recent experience of being a Business Change Leader/Manager
• Demonstrable experience of delivering wide-ranging change activities
• Experience of working in an SME environment (ideally within FS)
• Good understanding of IT systems and change
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Delivery of training

The Salary:

• £70-80,0000
• Up to 20%
• 25 days holiday
• Private Healthcare.
