Finance Manger – Niche Manufacturing – Hybrid
Chroma Recruitment is working with a £50 mil T/O Niche Manufacturing business based in Manchester who are looking for a Finance Manager to take control of the day-to-day finance, develop the finance function within the business and lead a small team.
The Company
For over 40 years this business has been a leader in its field, it is known globally for the quality of the products they create and is at the forefront of the development of new products. They are part of a large international group based in Asia, with the Head office based in Manchester with other satellite offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.
The Role
The company are looking for a Qualified Accountant who has recent and in-depth experience of leading finance within a manufacturing business, to be responsible for the day-to-day finance and leading a small team. They are also looking for someone who can help them develop the finance function further in terms of use of Systems, Process and Procedure, to support better interaction with the business.
Responsibilities:
The Person
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant who will have recent experience of leading a small finance function within a Manufacturing business. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as they will be required to interact with people from all levels within the business including the SMT. They will also be responsible for the development of the finance function including people, process and systems.
Package: £60-70k base + Bonus and Benefits Package
