An innovative start-up company in the West Yorkshire region who specialise in the design and manufacture of high-tech Electro-Mechanical Machinery are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager. This company are at the forefront of a new technology and have received large amounts of funding to further expand their business.
As the Engineering Manager, you’ll report directly to the COO and oversee the companies Engineering and Research & Development function. You’ll head up the department and have 6 direct reports (30 in total), spanning across Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Applications, Specialist Technology etc.
The successful Engineering Manager will be instrumental in the companies Engineering and R&D development, working closely with highly-educated and experienced Engineers. This will include involvement in business strategy, implementing new processes and building and developing teams whilst meeting and exceeding targets for projected business growth.
