A well-established manufacturer in Worcestershire is looking to recruit a new Electronics and Firmware Engineer, as they perfect and develop the next generation of their products. The role of Electronics and Firmware Engineer reports to the Hardware Team Lead but you’ll be integrating with mechanical, software and test engineers. Your role is to work on new projects taking them from requirements and specification through to design and in to manufacture. This is a very forward-thinking business where innovation is always rewarded.
The Electronics and Firmware Engineer role is ideal for someone who considers themselves to be an all-rounder across electronics and firmware. You’ll be responsible for developing embedded systems on new and legacy platforms. This company is also open to seeing candidates who lean more to the firmware side with still a good understanding of hardware.
