A world class automotive company is looking for an Electronics and Embedded Systems Manager to lead the development of their innovative products. The role is due to a combination of succession planning and growth within the business.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Previous people and project management experience
• People development & mentorship
• Strong Electrical and Electronics Systems working knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Automotive knowledge is desirable but not essential.

As Electronics and Embedded Systems Manager, you will collaborate along with other Engineering Managers from various disciplines to ensure the delivery of projects, being responsible for circa 25 engineers, developing and leading them throughout.

The Electronics and Embedded Systems Manager will report directly to the Programme Director and Chief Engineer on internal and external supplier issues, project updates and quality within operations.
