We are currently recruiting for a Development Manager to join a Software Company within the Manufacturing sector based in Winsford on a permanent basis.
The company itself has 2 arms to the business, one side focusing on schools and the other within food manufacturing. They are experiencing a high level of growth, once example of this is they have just signed their first Amazon Food Manufacturing site in the US (with plans for more) and become the first external company to integrate with their Eco-System, so it is a really exciting time to join the team. As a company they plan to double their turnover in the next year which is why they are now looking for a Development Manager.
In this role you will look after a team of 7 developers and 1 tester with the plans to double that over the next 12 months. They are looking for someone with experience recruiting, managing, influencing direction and scaling teams. You may occasionally have to dip back hands on but the large majority of this role will be hands off.
