We are currently recruiting for a permanent Development Manager to join a Software Company within the Manufacturing sector in Winsford.
The company itself has two arms to the business, one side focusing on schools and the other within food manufacturing. They are experiencing a high level of growth and have just signed their first Amazon Food Manufacturing site in the US (with plans for more). They are the first external company to integrate with their ecosystem, so it’s a really exciting time to join the team. As a company, they plan to double their turnover in the next year which is why they are now looking for a Development Manager.
In this role, you will look after a team of 7 developers and 1 tester, with the plans to double that over the next 12 months. They are looking for someone with experience recruiting, managing, influencing direction, and scaling teams. You may occasionally have to be hands on but the majority of this role will be hands off.
