A great opportunity for a Design Engineer has become available with a highly established client of ours near Stoke-On-Trent. Primarily specialising in the Rail sector, this SME is looking for a motivated Design Engineer to drive innovation and progress fast within the business.
For this Innovation & Development Engineer role we’re looking for a Design Engineer who is ideally degree educated and has a strong background in 3D CAD (SolidWorks). Also strong knowledge of first principles, FEA and potential experience in the Rail industry is highly desired.
The role is on site 5 days a week with occasional travel overseas to China, the Middle East and Central Europe to visit suppliers and manufacturers.
