Work as a Children’s Home Manager for small family run company who offer a great culture and life experience for children with EBD. This role gives an opportunity to grow within a developing business and offers great promotion possibilities

Children’s Home Manager Requirements:

  • Children’s Residential experience
  • NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
  • Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Deputy or Senior

As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 3 bedded EBD service within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding Ofsted reports and that gives great therapeutic care.

You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
