Avaya Support Engineer – Contact Center, UC, WFO, AACC

This vacancy is to join one of the country’s most successful and award-winning managed services providers supporting a highly impressive portfolio of clients across multiple industries. We are looking specifically for an Avaya support specialist to join an experienced team of engineers.

You’ll be working with:

  • Avaya Contact Center (AACC)
  • Avaya CMS
  • Avaya UC
  • Avaya Workforce Optimization (WFO)

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Ensuring cases are responded to within SLA’s
  • Building relationships and efficient processes with suppliers, customers and third parties
  • Managing tickets and SLA’s to ensure operating procedures are being maintained
  • Responsible for Incident Management and liaising with customers
  • Responsible for Problem Management including root-cause analysis and records upkeep
  • Creating individual and bulk user accounts
  • Supporting third party helpdesk engineers
  • Responsible for Change Management including change execution and third-party liaison
  • Responsible for Release Management including patching recommendations and execution
  • Installations at client sites when required

Any experience with the following would be highly desirable, but not essential:
