3rd Line IT Support Engineer – MS 365, SCCM, Azure, InTune, EndPoint Manager, AutoPilot, Windows Server

Following on from recent investment and growth, the opportunity is now available for a 3rd Line Engineer to join a well-established, technology solutions on a fully remote basis (or at their London HQ if preferred). The successful engineer will earn up to £55K plus 25 days holidays, a very generous pension contribution, private healthcare, full training /certifications funded, bonuses for all certs passed and more.

You’ll be working with:

  • SCCM
  • AutoPilot
  • Endpoint Manager
  • M365
  • Azure / Azure AD
  • Windows Server

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Delivering high quality, technical end-user device support to customers
  • Providing technical expertise in EUD within the team
  • The point of escalation for technical support issues
  • Onboarding and maintaining cloud & hybrid deployment for the MS Modern Workplace client environments via Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune & Autopilot)
  • Mentoring 2nd line engineers
  • Ensuring operating systems and applications are regularly patched and updated
  • Working on advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex 3rd line issues from the 2nd line team
  • The link between the 2nd line team and senior stakeholders within the business
  • Responsible for knowledge base and technical documentation
  • Identification and implementation of service improvement opportunities
  • Software packaging and patching
  • Adhering to Prince, Agile and ITIL standards

Any experience with the following would be highly desirable, but not essential:

  • Azure DevOps
  • Android device management
  • Apple – iOS or MacOS
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
