Our high growth client is looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd line hands on technical candidate to come into the business and help balance the workload. They are an MSP based in Warrington with clients that have a user base of between 10 and 200 users.

The company is starting fresh due to a recent management buy-out and are looking for a technical addition to the team to help grow and push forward.
You will be working collaboratively with an engaging and empowering managing director to drive changes and establish growth plans.

They are looking to build out their current processes and are working towards a proactive rather than reactive approach.
You will be part of a small close-knit team working to firefight, troubleshoot and complete projects to the best of your ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Role

  • IT tasks, including building, maintaining, and monitoring workstations, servers, network equipment and cloud solutions.
  • Project will account for 60%, BAU 40%
  • Providing support both remotely and onsite throughout the Northwest, and liaising with seniors and end-users
  • Windows migrations
  • Virtualization migrations


  • 1st – 3rd Line support experience
  • Azure AD
  • O365
  • End-to-end project management
  • Driving license and car

Desirable skills or you will learn this on the job:

  • MSP experience
  • Azure configurations / migrations
