We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a leading healthcare provider based in Sale as part of their IT Support Team. Offering up to £22,000 per annum with a 7 day shift rotation (working some weekends/nights) this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to kickstart their IT career within a positive impact company.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be working with the IT Support Team to ensure that tickets are accurately addressed and managed as well as ensure that major incidents are escalated correctly.
