Who are we?

Established in 2016, we’ve grown from our two founders in a cupboard-sized office to a twenty head strong business focusing on Tech, Digital and Engineering across the UK. As part of our recruitment drive, we’re looking to speak with like-minded individuals who want a combination of a strong work environment, clear career development and uncapped earning potential.

Here at Chroma, we take a pragmatic, consultative, no-nonsense approach to recruitment, developing strong relationships with our clients and candidates. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, we are now looking for multiple ambitious and self-motivated Senior Recruitment Consultants.

Across our Tech and Engineering departments, we are a close-knit team with a focus on training and development, and high quality in everything we do. As a small business, we believe in doing things properly and investing in our people, giving them the right tools for the role. Everyone has access to the latest recruitment technology including Bullhorn, Sourcebreaker, LinkedIn Recruiter and Idibu (to name a few). You will be working alongside a Business Unit Director or Team Manager ensuring you’re supported on your journey with us.

All consultants will be provided with a company phone and laptop from day one, giving everyone the flexibility to work in the office, at home (currently 2 days per week WFH) and also on site with customers if needed.

What’s the job?

  • Search and identify top candidates within your chosen industry
  • Network within your market, identifying and reaching out to clients to assess their needs and requirements
  • Develop your own personal brand using social media and marketing channels
  • Match candidates with clients or vacancies, managing the full process of interviews and offers
  • Given clear goals and targets to achieve based on industry expertise
  • Listen | Understand | Deliver to provide top-class service to candidates and clients

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in previous Recruitment/Resource based role
  • Self-motivated, determined and tenacious
  • Not afraid to speak to new people and can quickly build rapport
  • A smart problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Willing and able to learn and bring new ideas
  • Able to follow a structure and process while being innovative and creative
  • Tech-savvy and social media aware
