Our Legal / Professional Services Recruitment Team is looking for individuals with 6 months+ experience in recruitment, or 12 months experience in sales, who are intelligent, ambitious and have a desire to provide excellent service to candidates and clients alike.

  • Search and identify top candidates within the Legal and Professional Services market
  • Network within your market, identifying and reaching out to clients to assess their needs and requirements
  • Meet, coach and develop professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Match candidates with clients or vacancies, managing the full process of interviews and offers
  • Listen | Understand | Deliver to provide top-class service to candidates and clients

Who are we looking for?

In addition to at least 6 months’ recruitment experience, or 12 months’ sales experience in a different market, we need someone who is:

  • Self-motivated, determined and tenacious
  • Loves speaking to new people and can quickly build rapport
  • Confident with a ‘solutions’ attitude
  • A smart problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Willing and able to learn and bring new ideas
  • Able to follow a structure and process while being innovative and creative
  • Tech savvy and social media aware
