Our Tech and Engineering Teams are looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants with a strong track record of Business Development and Candidate Acquisition in a challenging market. Knowledge of the Tech or Engineering markets would be a huge advantage, but is not essential provided that you have the drive to upskill in a new market.

You will be working alongside a Sales Leader in your Division, receiving ongoing training and mentoring, and regular reviews to ensure you’re on track to hit your goals.

  • Develop a network of candidates in your specialist market, becoming the go-to in this area
  • Win and build relationships with new clients, to become a trusted supplier in their recruitment process
  • Manage the full vacancy process, all the way from role specification to post-placement care
  • Listen | Understand | Deliver to provide top-class service to candidates and clients

Who are we looking for?

Whether you have 1 year experience in 360 recruitment or 10, we want to hear from you! As a small business, we are open to speaking to consultants from different backgrounds and are able to adapt the package, the role and the level of training to suit the right individual.
