Our Tech Team is looking for a Client Account Manager with a strong track record of winning and developing relationships with strategic clients, expanding their reach across different departments and delivering top-quality candidates on difficult customer assignments. An understanding of the IT market would be a huge advantage, but is not essential provided that you have the drive to upskill in a new area.

You will be working alongside a Sales Leader in your Division, receiving ongoing training and mentoring, and regular reviews to ensure you’re on track to hit your goals.

  • Become the trusted partner for Chroma clients within the IT space, networking across different stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Attain exclusivity and trusted partner status with your clients, putting long-term strategic agreements in place
  • Develop a network of candidates in your specialist market, becoming the go-to in this area
  • Manage the full vacancy process, all the way from role specification to post-placement care
  • Listen | Understand | Deliver to provide top-class service to candidates and clients

Who are we looking for?

Whether you have 1 year experience in Recruitment Account Management or 10, we want to hear from you! As a small business, we are open to speaking to consultants from different backgrounds and are able to adapt the package, the role and the level of training to suit the right individual.
