Hands-On Business Unit Manager

Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Team Lead (or Senior Recruitment Consultant with management ambition) to join our growing business.

Our IT Team are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter or IT Recruitment Team Lead to expand their Strategic Accounts department. This is a hybrid role, combining the expansion of existing accounts with new client development. There will also be people management involved, as you will be supported by a resourcer who you will be responsible for training and developing.

You will be working alongside the Director of the IT Team, receiving ongoing training and mentoring, and regular reviews to ensure you and your team are on track to hit their goals.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who has:

  • Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of the IT and Digital sector, ideally in the North West
  • Strong drive to develop their own business and increase sales
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • New ideas and innovative solutions for growing and scaling a business
  • Experience of or desire to begin people management and development
