Contract Consultant / Hands-On Team Lead

Our contract recruitment division has grown organically over the past 3 years, and has seen an 86% profit increase over the last 12 months alone.

We are looking for a 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant / Sales Leader to pick up and grow the established contract division within new and existing clients. This consultant will inherit our existing book of contractors, and a warm desk of businesses who are already working with us.

This is a role for an individual who can take complete ownership of their business and strategy, and has a vision for their future.

You will be fully supported by business leaders with over 20 years’ recruitment experience, and an operations function who will take care of all administration, compliance and timesheeting.

There is budget in place for a further sales support hire if required.

Who are we looking for?

Experience in Contract recruitment is not mandatory! We are interested in anyone with two or more years recruitment experience, and a genuine hunger and ambition to open up new opportunities and create their own business unit.
