Our IT Team are looking for 180 Recruitment Consultants with previous experience of candidate delivery and genuine determination to build a career in Recruitment by providing excellent service to candidates and clients alike.

You will be working alongside a Sales Leader in the IT Division, receiving ongoing training and mentoring, and regular reviews to ensure you’re on track to hit your goals.

  • A salary of £18,000 – £22,000, dependent on experience.
  • A role where you will be focussing on finding the best candidates for Chroma clients, with the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients – no cold calling!

What’s the job?

  • Search and identify top candidates within your chosen industry
  • Develop a network of candidates in your specialist market, becoming the go-to in this area
  • Meet, coach and develop professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Match candidates with clients or vacancies, managing the full process of CV submissions and interviews
  • Listen | Understand | Deliver to provide top-class service to candidates and clients

Who are we looking for?

As well as a minimum of 6 months proven track record in finding and successfully placing candidates, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Self-motivated, determined and tenacious
  • Loves speaking to new people and can quickly build rapport
  • A smart problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Willing and able to learn and bring new ideas
  • Able to follow a structure and process while being innovative and creative
  • Tech savvy and social media aware
