This business has consistently grown over the last 5 years and they are venturing on a new period of expansion due to growth and increased revenues. A Technical Product Manager is needed to head up a new small team working on high-tech product development.

The role reports to the Engineering Director working alongside the other Technical Product Managers. You’ll be heading up a new team that is being created to focus on technical change management, running projects and improving overall product standard. Ideally, this individual should come from an electronics/embedded systems background and if you have experience of safety critical/regulated products, that would be highly advantageous.

You’ll be working with both the design and production staff to ensure all products meet the regulatory and quality standards needed. The team is multi-disciplined so you’ll be working with people of all ages and personalities. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire engineers to get the job done.

Technical Product Manager Requirements:

  • Experience of driving change requests
  • Product Development & Improvement
  • Running multiple small projects
  • Manage validation and verification of products
  • Ensure all quality standards are met
  • Electronics/Embedded Systems background (essential)
